Data Collection Methods

Personal data is collected through:

  • Online forms – available on the website, for contact, inquiries, and feedback.
  • Direct contact – via phone numbers and email addresses listed on the Docs4Apps website.
  • Traffic data and statistics – including IP addresses, referral URLs, and page visits. While this information is logged, Docs4Apps cannot directly identify users from this data.

  • Data processed on the basis of consent will be stored until the consent is withdrawn or the purpose is fulfilled. Consent can be withdrawn at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

  • The data processing period may be extended if needed for legal claims or defense. After that, data will be deleted or anonymized.

Requests for access to personal data may be made no more than once every 6 months. Docs4Apps must respond within 30 days.

Docs4Apps declares it does not sell or lease personal data to third parties. Data may only be shared with third parties:

  • With the user’s consent or request.
  • Upon request from authorized state authorities, for legally defined public interest tasks or legal proceedings.
  • If necessary for the legitimate interests of Docs4Apps.
